The transformation of this, over 80 acre site, included a major site development package, extensive off-site roadwork, and the construction of a Wal-Mart Supercenter.  The site development included extensive grading operations which in turn led to a highly sequenced and managed Storm Water Pollution Prevention program. This Walmart Supercenter provided locals with many new and exciting benefits including a pharmacy, bank, grocery store, hair salon, nail salon, food tenant, and a tire and lube express.  As the building and site developed road construction of this PennDOT State Highway was underway.  This work included widenings, traffic signals, and miles of new asphalt paving.
