Environmentally aware.
All of our project managers and superintendents are trained and certified as Qualified Storm Water Construction Inspectors through client specific SWPPP programs.
We take safety seriously.
We've implemented a two-tier safety program for monitoring safety concerns on all construction sites. Additionally, all RL Spencer projects participate in the voluntary on-site consultation program provided through OSHA. All of our superintendents are continually trained in safety and attend at minimum, the OSHA 10-Hour Class.
RL Spencer is a participating member of ISNetworld®, a 3rd party system that verifies a contractors safety, procurement, regulatory, and quality data. This allows hiring clients to rest assured they are connecting with a safe, qualified contractor who will be able to meet all required safety, compliance, and quality standards.
